Pear Lake Ski Hut  - the hut is closed for the 2007/08 season...

The Pear Lake Ski Hut, in
Sequoia National Park, is open for use by the general public December 21, 2007 through April 27, 2008 (weather permitting).  It is located 3/8 of a mile north of Pear Lake at 9,200  feet (2804 meters) and is reached by ascending a STEEP six miles of trail from Wolverton Meadow (7,200 feet). This advanced level ski/snowshoe trail offers a chance to explore the beautiful wilderness of the Sierra Nevada mountain range in the winter months.
The cost for SNHA members is $22.00 per person, per night for entire group (group leader must have a family membership if reserving for over 5 people). The cost for non-members is $26.00 per person, per night.  The hut sleeps 10 people. To see what dates are available, check the calendar. To reserve spots, fill out this reservation form and fax it to us at (559) 565-3728.  Or you can email us at: pearlake@sequoiahistory.org with all your information.  Any questions,  call (559) 565-3759.

New refund policy:  If you need to cancel your reservation or have some spots available, please give us a call. Often times we have a waiting list for dates. If we can fill your cancelled reservation, we can offer you a refund minus a $5.00 service charge.
